Curon
Curon is renowend for its old Romanesque chruch tower which rises up from the waters of Reschensee.
Today’s bell tower still shows the site of the old village of Alt-Graun before it was abandoned and flooded on completion of the Reschensee reservoir in 1950. ‘New’ is now situated on the Reschensee lakeside.
From here, one has a magnificent panoramic view of the lake, the appearance of which reflects the given weather.
